  8.     PAYMENT TERMS
  9.  
  10.     1. Payment must cover registration or upgrade fees and the corresponding
  11.        shipping costs:  To cover postage and handling, add $1.50 to the fees
  12.        of orders from the U.S., $2.50 from Canada and Mexico, and $3.50 from
  13.        any other country.

  15.     2. Purchase orders for site licenses are accepted from U.S. corporations
  16.        or federal/local goverment agencies.  Such orders must be paid within
  17.        30 days of receiving the items (NET 30).
  18.  
  19.     3. Other U.S. registration orders must be prepaid with a check or money
  20.        order.  Please do not send cash.
  21.  
  22.     4. All foreign registration orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars drawn
  23.        on a U.S. bank or financial institution.  Otherwise please enclose an
  24.        additional $6.00 to defray actual bank charges for processing foreign
  25.        checks.  NOTE: Foreign orders not complying with this request will no
  26.        longer be accepted.

  29.     DELIVERY TERMS

  31.     1. All orders are shipped first-class air mail.
  32.  
  33.     2. Delivery may take a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks.

  35.     3. If the CPU/hardware program configuration is not specified (see below)
  36.        the most general configuration available (i.e. 086+ version with hard-
  37.        disk parking) shall be shipped.

  40.     PLEASE NOTE:

  42.   * Only when UPGRADING send a self-addressed, stamped diskette mailer with an
  43.     already formatted 360-kb diskette. (Other diskettes will not be returned.)
  44.     FOREIGN UPGRADE ORDERS: Please enclose international mail coupons (coupon-
  45.     réponse international) covering the postage fees, or enclose $2.50 (Canada
  46.     and Mexico) to $3.50 (other countries).

  48.   * Indicate whether a 086, 286, or 386-CPU version is needed. The 086 version
  49.     works with any 80x86 CPU, the 286 version works with 80286 or higher CPUs,
  50.     and the 386 version works with 80386 or higher CPUs. Upon its installation
  51.     BLANKs displays the x86-class of the CPU on the small panel on the Status/
  52.     Help display panel.

  54.   * Specify whether hard-disk parking should be available upon screen blanking.
  55.     The non-parking version is an abbreviated release of the program, where the
  56.     additional HELP displayed by pressing <F1> from the Syntax/Status panel and
  57.     the hard-disk parking service have been excised to decrease the size of the
  58.     program for diskless laptop machines.
